Welcome to Thursday Art and Dinner Date! Today’s optional art prompt is “Bees”. Tweety Bird is visiting his friend Pooh today!

I sketched Tweety Bird and Winnie the Pooh with his honey pot separately. I uploaded the images to my laptop and combined them into one drawing.

I used my photo editing software to add color and fix up the outline. The royalty-free background image is care of Pixabay.

Teeety a bee? Smiles and Happy Thursday

Very clever to turn Twitty Bird into a buzzing bee.
Dear Rain, Tweety Bird is doing very well as a bee 🐝! This time, my post features a bumblebee in rosemary. Bumblebees aren’t traditional honey bees, but they are a species of wild bee, so it’s quite fitting 😊. The photos in my post are from March, when there wasn’t much insect activity in our garden. Meanwhile, there’s been quite a bit of buzzing from bees, especially in the creeping bugle, which is blooming purple in our garden meadow. I hope you’re well!
All the best, Traude
