For items purchased directly through rainfrancescreations.com:
- Returns and refunds are accepted within 30 days of purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must be in the original packaging.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend always shipping with a tracking number for proof of return. Please ensure item is well packaged. Items damaged during return shipping due to poor packaging will not be eligible for refund.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that refund times will be dependent on your credit card company and/or bank. Please allow 7 business days for refund.
